Refund policy

At Regentiv, we take great care in creating preparations that we genuinely believe will benefit your skin. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want you to feel confident when choosing Regentiv.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order so that we can understand your concerns and find the most suitable resolution. In many cases we are able to offer an exchange or credit, and if a refund is the best resolution, we will ensure this is arranged for you.

As every skin type responds differently, we kindly encourage you to allow time for your preparation to settle into your routine. Our team is always here to offer guidance if you would like support during this period.

For international orders, please note that shipping and customs fees are non-refundable, and we are unable to provide refunds on large multi-product consignments once they have been dispatched.
