Shipping policy

At Regentiv, we take great care to ensure your order reaches you swiftly and safely, wherever you are in the world. Every parcel is prepared with attention and care so your skincare arrives in perfect condition.

Same Day Fulfilment

All orders received before 1pm (UK time) are shipped the same working day, excluding Sundays and UK public holidays.
Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

UK Delivery

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver within 24 hours of dispatch.
Orders received before 1pm are usually delivered the next working day.
All prices shown include UK VAT, and there are no customs or import charges for UK deliveries.

EU Delivery

We offer International Tracked Shipping to most EU countries, with delivery typically taking 2–7 working days.

  • Regentiv is registered for the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme.

  • This means VAT is collected at checkout for orders up to €150, helping to ensure a smooth delivery with no additional VAT or handling fees on arrival.

  • For orders over €150, EU import VAT and any applicable customs duties or carrier fees will be collected by your local courier before delivery.

We continuously follow the latest EU guidance to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Europe (Non-EU) Delivery

We offer International Tracked Shipping to selected European countries outside the EU, with delivery usually within 2–7 working days.
Local customs authorities may apply import VAT, duties or handling fees, which are payable by the recipient at the time of delivery.

Worldwide Delivery

We provide International Tracked Shipping to many destinations worldwide, with delivery taking approximately 5–14 working days, depending on the country.

For United States orders, Regentiv ships on a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) basis — meaning all import taxes, duties, and clearance fees are covered by us, so your parcel arrives without additional costs on delivery.

For all other international destinations, import taxes, duties, and local charges (if applicable) may be collected by your local customs or courier service before delivery.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order has been dispatched.

  • Address accuracy: Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

  • Customs clearance: International parcels may occasionally be held by customs for inspection. This is outside our control, but we’re always happy to help if you need assistance.
