All orders received before 1pm UK time are shipped out the same working day.
UK Delivery
We provide free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery for orders over £25.
Next day Royal Mail Special delivery is also available on orders up to 12.30pm.
EU Delivery
We provide tracked shipping to most EU countries. We don't want surprises for you regarding VAT and customs duties, so your order will be sent with Delivery Duties Paid (DDP). This means that the VAT and customs charges will be taken when you place your order. Unfortunately customs delays can mean your order may take 5-10 days to reach you.
Worldwide Delivery
We can deliver to most countries worldwide with duties unpaid. We are working on a solution for the future but in the meantime you may have to pay customs duties and the taxes due for your country.
