Your order and delivery
When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email from us and a further email when your parcel has been dispatched. Please make sure that you supply your correct delivery and billing information. In the very rare situation that the item you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you, keeping you updated of the estimated delivery date, alternatively you may choose to be refunded. We cannot be held responsible for delays to usual delivery times caused by industrial disputes or action outside of our control. When ordering from outside the UK your credit card company will charge you in your local currency at the current rate.
Cancellation rights, returns and refunds
Our preparations are formulated for the most sensitive of skins, however if you do find that one of our preparations is not suitable for you, we hope that you will allow us to look after you. If you suffer with allergies and would like to check ingredients, have a question or would like to request a sample please do let us know.
Privacy
Your visit to this site is monitored and logged on the server. We only use this information for statistical purposes and to monitor breaches of the policies. The web host does not use the information for their own benefit, but to monitor activity on the server to maintain a secure environment for their clients. In an instance where we collect personal data, we will not divulge this information to a third party. This information is purely for our corporate requirements. Cancellation Policy
In the instance of wishing to cancel an order, it must be cancelled by telephone 01923 212555 by 12pm on the day of ordering (if you order after 12pm, it must be cancelled by 12pm the next day by phone).
Amendments to the Condition
We reserve the exclusive right to make changes to our website, policies and these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. You will be subject to these stated Terms and Conditions whilst you have a connection to this site either in a physical website presence or by electronic communications with this site. If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
